In Pursuit Of Tea - IPOT teas are crafted with great care, most of them still picked and processed by hand, and draw on centuries of tradition. In Pursuit of Tea does not blend lots or add any flavorings, preferring to highlight a tea’s intrinsic qualities.

Hudson Valley Harvest - We believe in keeping food close to the source, both by keeping it local and by minimal processing. We work with Hudson Valley Harvest to provide local, traceable, transparent food of the highest quality whenever possible.

Battenkill Valley Creamery - BVC’s milk is all-natural, 100% traceable, and they recently won the award for the highest quality milk in New York State. Founded by Donald and Seth McEachron, 4th and 5th generation farmers.

Baked In-House - House-made pastries focusing on fresh, seasonal produce. Think earthy matcha accenting bakery classics with house-made jams and bright citrus curds. Made to satisfy chocoholics and vegans alike.
