Don't walk past Grove Road without trying it. There is something for everyone here. It's a perfect spot whether you're in the mood to sample some specialty coffee or if you want to sit down and enjoy a weekend brunch.
We stopped by Grove Road on the strong recommendations of our guide in Dublin who is a big fan of both the coffee and service. They serve Roasted Brown coffee at Grove Road and do a great job of bringing out the full expression of the coffee through their espresso menu. Both the shot and the flat white we had here were excellent.
During our stop at Grove Road we got to talk to barista on duty name Brian Bird. Brian is currently training for the barista championships as well as working on the development of his own coffee roasting brand known as full circle. Brimming with both knowledge and enthusiasm we are sure he is going to do very well in the future so keep an eye out for the name.
