Shipping & Return Policy


Items ordered and paid for will ship after 1-2 business days, unless notified in the product description. We ship via USPS Monday to Friday. Most national holidays are observed, so that may affect shipping times. After leaving our facility, USPS typically delivers in 2-5 business days. You will receive an email notification from us after your order has been shipped. 

Shipping & handling is figured dynamically, based on weight and destination, and is added at checkout. If your shipping address is in Alaska or Hawaii, unfortunately we are unable to ship to you at this time. 



We currently do not take international orders.  Sorry for the inconvenience. 



Due to the perishable nature of matcha, we cannot accept returns. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues or errors with your order, please email us at within one week of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

We will gladly accept returns or exchanges on defective and damaged items. An item is defined unfit for use due to visible damages, including breaks, tears, or contamination of any sort. Please note that returns and exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase and are unopened and in their original packaging. Please send a short description of the defective item along with a photo to
