Matcha Shot: A matcha shot is our go-to beverage straight out of bed, perfect when you are in a hurry or on your way to the gym. A matcha shot tastes fresh, with a subtle sweetness.

1 teaspoon Matcha powder
- 2 ounces of water at 175 degrees
To make, add one teaspoon of Chalait Matcha powder to the matcha bowl. Pour in 2 ounces of water heated to 175 degrees. Using a matcha whisk, mix in a 'W' motion until it is frothy. Pour into a cup and enjoy.
A Matcha Shot is the base for most Matcha drinks including the Matcha cappuccino, Americano and even the iced latte

Matcha Latte
At our Chalait cafes, a Matcha Latte is very popular, particularly in the afternoons to help you focus and regain clarity at work. A Matcha Latte tastes creamier than a standard shot with an earthy, savoury taste and a hint of sweetness.
- 2 teaspoons Matcha Powder
- 2 ounces water 175 degree
- Milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy)
To make a Matcha Latte make a strong Matcha Shot with 2 teaspoons of Matcha powder and and 2 ounces of water at 175 degrees. Mix the ingredients together in a bowl with the Matcha wisk in a 'W' pattern to form a froth. Steam or froth milk of choice and pour into the matcha shot. Enjoy!

Matcha Americano
If your find the Matcha taste a little overpowering, then the Americano is the way to go.
- 1 teaspoon of Matcha powder
- 4oz hot water 175 degrees
Prepare your Matcha Americano by making the Matcha shot in a small bowl. Combine 1 teaspoon of chalait matcha powder and 2oz of water. Mix with a whisk to create a foamy consistency. Add 2oz of hot water to a mug, then pour in the matcha shot. Enjoy!
Matcha Iced Tea
On warm afternoons, there is nothing quite as refreshing as a Matcha Iced Tea. This tasty summertime drink quenches your thirst and brings with is a host of benefits.

1 teaspoons Matcha powder
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 3/4 cup Iced cold water in a glass
- Ice Cubes
Pour 3/4 cup of ice cold water into a glass, pop in some ice cubes. Add the Matcha and the 1/4 cup of cold water to a shaker or the Chalait Hydro Flask. Shake vigorously to achieve a smooth matcha paste. Pour into the glass and stir. Enjoy!
Iced Matcha Latte
If you enjoy your chilled milk drinks, then you should give the Iced Matcha Latte a go. Not only is this drink guaranteed to cool you down, it will give you the caffeinated buzz you crave.
- 1 teaspoon Matcha powder
- 1oz hot water
- 3oz chilled milk of choice (cashew,almond,dairy)
- ice cubes
Form a paste with the matcha powder and hot water to ensure no lumps in your drink. Add the paste into a shaker bottle with chilled milk and ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Enjoy!
