Pop-up café packages include full set up of matcha bar, espresso machine, professional barista, and a customizable beverage menu to fit your event. How much does catering cost in NYC?
Chalait Catering prices are transparent and are available on our catering menu. We ask for a 50% deposit on all orders. If you should need to cancel your order, just make sure to give us 24 hours notice and we’ll return your deposit to you in full.

How do I organize catering?
Ordering is easy. Please read through our catering menu first and place your order via catering@chalait.com. If you have any questions before ordering please email us.
How much notice do you require for corporate catering?
We accept catering orders between 9AM and 5PM every day, and orders can be delivered any time between 8AM and 6PM. Because we only use the freshest ingredients, we typically require at least 24 hours notice for catering orders, though certain orders can be accommodated on shorter notice.

What happens if I need to cancel my event?
In an effort to provide our catering customers with the best possible service, we understand that details around your event can change and we will work with you to accommodate any modifications to your order. We accept cancellations up 24 hrs prior to delivery time requested.
Chalait reserves the right to charge your credit card up to 50% of the price of the order amount if the order is cancelled after 24 hrs prior to the scheduled catering event and up to 75% of the price of the order amount if the order is cancelled on the day the catering event is scheduled to take place. Cancellations not applicable to any of the mentioned above will be processed at the discretion of Chalait.
